Key Highlights (Read First)
- Individual use only. Each member may receive uniquely watermarked video streams so unauthorized distribution can be traced.
- Device limits: Access is allowed on one web browser (non-incognito on laptop/desktop) + one mobile app (Android and/or iOS, as available) per member account.
- Incognito/private mode, shared desktops, browser/device swapping, clearing cookies/cache, self-logout loops, or credential sharing may lock your account. If you need to do any of these for a valid reason, contact us first and we will assist.
- Non-refundable subscription. You receive time-bound viewing rights only; content ownership is not transferred.
- Violations may lead to legal action, immediate revocation of access, and permanent blacklisting without prior notice.
These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of Hybris Tube (“Website”) and any content, public forums, or services offered on or through the Website and/or through any mobile application(s) (“Application”) (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
These Terms of Use apply to end users of the Platform (referred to as “Learners”, “You”, “Your”). These Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions published on the Platform or communicated to you from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”), define the relationship and responsibilities between You and the Creator (as defined below) in using the Platform.
When we speak of “Creator”, “we”, “us”, and “our”, we collectively mean Hybris Tube being the creator of this Platform and the content/materials/services contained therein.
By using or visiting the Platform and services provided to You on, from, or through the Platform, You are expressly agreeing to the terms of this Agreement and any other terms that are updated from time to time. If You disagree with any part of this Agreement or do not wish to be bound by the same, then please do not use the Platform in any manner.
Important: This page is intended to be read together with our Terms of Use & Member Policy page: https://hybristube.com/terms-of-use-hybris-tube/ . In case of any inconsistency, the stricter rule will apply, especially for access controls, device/session policy, content protection, and enforcement.
- Scope & Acceptance:
By subscribing, enrolling, purchasing, or continuing to access Hybris Tube content, You agree to be bound by this Agreement and the policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy). These terms apply to members who have purchased a plan after reviewing our Packages page and to any visitor who accesses the Platform.
- Access and Registration:
If You’re an individual You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, or, if You are between the ages of 13 and 18, You must have Your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Platform. By using the Platform, You represent and warrant to us that You have obtained the appropriate consents/permissions to use the Platform. If You are under the age of 13 years or 16 years (depending on your country of residence), You may neither use our Platform in any manner nor may You register for any content or services offered therein.
To access any Content (as defined below) offered on the Platform, we may require You to register by providing Your name and email address. Further, You may also be required to make payment of a fee to access the Content, if applicable. You represent that the information provided during enrolment/registration is true and complete, that You meet eligibility requirements, and You agree to update us upon changes by writing to us at the contact information provided in the Contact section below.
For the purpose of this Agreement, “Content” shall mean and include any course or session (whether pre-recorded or live) published by the Creator on the Platform, including but not limited to reference materials, code files, quizzes, guides, dumps (where applicable), and text files offered to You as part of the Content.
When You register or enroll for any Content on the Platform, You may also have access to discussion forums that enable You to exchange thoughts and knowledge in relation to the Content with us and other registrants (“Public Forum”). Participation is optional and not mandatory.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Platform, suspend accounts, or remove content posted by You in Public Forums at any time without notice if, in our opinion, You have violated any provision of this Agreement.
- Access & Device Policy (Session Control):
To access the Platform and/or view Content, You will need to use a supported/compatible device which means a personal computer, mobile phone, portable media player, or other electronic device that meets system and compatibility requirements and on which You are authorized to operate the Platform. Supported/compatible devices may change over time due to third-party software, operating systems, browser policies, or app updates.
Device limits (Individual use):
- Allowed: One web browser (non-incognito on laptop/desktop) + one mobile app (Android and/or iOS, as available) per member account.
- Not allowed: Incognito/private mode, shared desktops, browser/device swapping, automated logins, credential sharing, or attempts to reset sessions by clearing cookies/cache.
Account lock & re-verification: If suspicious activity is detected or device limits are exceeded, we may lock your account, throttle access, suspend access temporarily, or request re-verification. Unlocks require manual intervention and, where necessary, deep log analysis. No specific resolution timeframe is guaranteed.

- Ownership & License to View (Not a Transfer of Ownership):
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content on the Platform for Your own personal, non-commercial use only, for the time period of your active subscription/access. This license does not grant You the right to assign or sublicense the license granted under this Agreement to anyone else.
Without limiting the generality of the above, You may not:
- modify, edit, copy, translate, or create derivative works from the Content or Creator Content;
- download, screen-record, capture, re-upload, sell, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content/Creator Content for any purpose (commercial or non-commercial);
- remove copyright, watermarking, DRM/session controls, or other proprietary notations;
- attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, probe, bypass, or defeat any security/session mechanism used by the Platform;
- transfer or “mirror” any material made available on the Platform to another person or server without written permission.
For the purpose of this Agreement, “Creator Content” shall mean and include any audio files, video files, audio-visual files, images, text materials (including .doc, .docx, and .pdfs) (other than the Content) uploaded or otherwise published on the Platform by the Creator, including content/material posted by the Creator in any Public Forum.
Watermarking: Each member’s video stream/content access may be uniquely watermarked to help trace unauthorized sharing.
This license shall automatically terminate if You violate any restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon termination, You must destroy any downloaded materials in Your possession (whether in electronic or printed format).
- Privacy & Confidentiality:
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle personal information.
Our Promise: Your learning is private. We will not share your identity, progress, or membership details with colleagues, employers, or any company, nor use them outside the Hybris Tube scope, without your explicit consent, except where required by law. We may use anonymized usage insights to improve the course (e.g., popular modules, completion patterns).
- Communications & Public Forums:
The Platform may include Public Forums designed to enable You to communicate with us and other registrants. Use of Public Forums is optional. If You choose to participate, You agree to adhere to the Code of Conduct and any other terms published on our Platform. If Your conduct violates this Agreement, we may terminate or suspend Your access to any Public Forums at any time without notice.
You represent and warrant that You own or control all rights in and to any content uploaded or posted by You on the Platform (“Learner Content”), or that You are licensed to use and reproduce such Learner Content. You are solely responsible for Learner Content and the consequences of its publication.
If You submit Learner Content (unless otherwise indicated by You in writing), You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Learner Content worldwide in any media.
- Code of Conduct: You agree to the following:
- Legitimate usage: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not for activities that violate applicable laws/regulations or disrupt/damage/impair the Platform.
- No harmful content: Content inciting violence or endangering safety is prohibited.
- No hateful/defamatory content: Hate speech, threats, harassment, libel, slander, and defamatory statements are not tolerated.
- No violent/graphic content: Content intended to shock/disturb or promote terrorist acts is prohibited.
- No harassment/bullying: Abuse, humiliation, doxxing, sexual harassment, or bullying is prohibited.
- No spam: Untargeted, repetitive messaging intended to spam or drive traffic to malware/prohibited sites is prohibited.
- No scams: Deceptive practices for financial gain, extortion, or blackmail are prohibited.
- No privacy violations: Respect privacy as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- No impersonation: Impersonating another person, brand, or entity is not allowed.
- No unauthorized access: You agree not to disable/overburden/attack the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malicious software.
- If any violation comes to our notice, we reserve the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, or remove violating content without notice.
- Support Scope (No SLA):
We provide structured learning and guidance for covered topics and, on a best-effort basis, support for general SAP Commerce/SAP Hybris concepts for interview preparation and conceptual understanding.
Project delivery support is out of scope. We may suggest approaches and workarounds, but we do not guarantee outcomes, employer/client timelines, or resolution of issues in all cases. Response times (if communicated on package pages) are targets for member experience and are not contractual SLAs.
- Intellectual Property:
We own all information and materials, including Content and Creator Content (in whatever form or media) provided or communicated to You by or on behalf of us including but not limited to the Platform, trademarks, trade dress, logos, wordmarks, illustrations, layout, design, flow, look and feel, graphics, audio/video files, software owned by or licensed to us, and other data/materials (“Creator’s Intellectual Property”). You acknowledge and agree that You do not acquire any ownership rights to Creator’s Intellectual Property by use of the Platform.
Time-bound viewer rights only: Once you subscribe, you receive viewing rights for the duration of the plan (subject to compliance). You do not receive ownership rights of our content. Hybris Tube remains the owner of all content and may suspend/revoke access without notice if misuse is detected.
Creator’s Intellectual Property is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance is strictly prohibited.
- Feedback:
If You submit suggestions, ideas, comments, or questions containing product feedback about any Content or the Platform (“Feedback”), You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use (and sublicense) such Feedback to improve Content or the Platform. You shall have no intellectual property right in any Content/Platform as a result of our incorporation of Feedback.
- Payments, Refunds & Invoices:
To enroll for Content, You may need to pay a fee (“Content Fee”) as shown on the Platform or packages page. Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors and may be subject to applicable taxes/fees as determined by those processors or your jurisdiction.
Non-refundable: Once access is provisioned for digital content and support, the subscription/content fee is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Invoices: Invoices may be issued as stated on the packages page (e.g., issued on demand for Standard/Premium and by default for Professional, where applicable).
We do not capture or store your sensitive payment information; payments are handled by third-party providers. Please review their terms and policies before paying.
- Suspension, Termination & Enforcement:
Any violation of this Agreement—especially unauthorized sharing, screen-recording, redistribution, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass access controls—may result in:
- Immediate revocation of access without prior notice,
- Permanent blacklisting,
- Legal action and/or claims for damages,
- Reporting to relevant platforms or service providers where applicable.
We may investigate suspicious activity and suspend accounts during review. Unlocks/re-verification may require manual intervention and additional checks.
- Links to Third Party Website:
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. We have not reviewed all linked sites and are not responsible for their contents. Use of any such linked website is at Your own risk.
- Disclaimer:
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE CREATOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE CREATOR PROVIDES NO WARRANTY OR UNDERTAKING THAT THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULTS, BE COMPATIBLE OR WORK WITH ANY OTHER SYSTEMS, OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON STATUTORY RIGHTS; IN SUCH CASES, EXCLUSIONS/LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
- Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall the Creator be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Content or any other materials on the Platform, even if the Creator has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so some limitations may not apply to You.
- Indemnity and Release:
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Creator and, where applicable, its officers, directors, agents and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Agreement or Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Any claim relating to the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the Creator’s home jurisdiction (as provided on the Platform) without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Creator’s home jurisdiction.
- Miscellaneous:
- Alteration / Amendments: We reserve the right to make changes to the Platform, policies, and this Agreement at any time. The updated terms will be posted with a revision date where practicable. Continued use implies acceptance.
- Waiver: If You breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where You breach these conditions.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement. Any attempt will be null and void.
- Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable/invalid, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so the remainder remains in effect.
- Events beyond control: We will not be responsible for delay/failure due to causes beyond reasonable control. This does not affect statutory rights.
