This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Hybris Tube (the “Creator”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you access or use our: (i) website (the “Website”), (ii) any content, community/public forums, job-feed pages, and services offered through the Website, and (iii) any mobile applications (the “Application”). The Website and Application are collectively referred to as the “Platform”.
This Policy applies to all users of the Platform including paid members, trial users (if any), and visitors, referred to as “Learners”, “You”, “Your”. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy shall have the meanings given in our Terms of Use.
By accessing or using the Platform, by registering, subscribing, making a payment, or by otherwise indicating your acceptance where prompted, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Important: For member-specific rules (device limits, non-incognito requirement, account security rules, anti-piracy enforcement, and other member policies), please also refer to: https://hybristube.com/terms-of-use-hybris-tube/

“Sensitive Personal Information” may include: passwords, precise financial data (other than limited payment references), government-issued identifiers, biometric data, health data, and special category data (such as race/ethnicity, political or religious beliefs, sexual orientation), as defined under applicable data protection laws.
We do not request Sensitive Personal Information unless it is strictly necessary for a specific lawful purpose. Please do not share Sensitive Personal Information in public forums.
- Our Privacy Promise (Confidentiality)
We understand that professional learning can be sensitive. Subject to legal requirements, we follow the principles below:
- We will not share your identity, learning progress, membership plan, or subscription details with your colleagues, employer, or any company without your explicit consent.
- We use your information only for Platform operations (access, support, security, payments, communication) and service improvement within Hybris Tube.
- If we use feedback publicly (e.g., testimonials), we do so in an anonymized way unless you request attribution or provide written permission for attribution.
- Information We Collect
We may collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide
We may collect Personal Information you submit to us, such as:
- Name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number (if provided), and account identifiers.
- Profile details you choose to add (e.g., photo if your account supports it).
- Support requests and communications (emails, messages, call notes where applicable).
- Information you submit in forms after payment (e.g., access enablement form details).
- User-generated content posted in forums/comments (if enabled and used by you).
- Information collected automatically (usage & device data)
When you use the Platform, we may collect non-sensitive technical and usage data, such as:
- Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, language settings).
- IP address and approximate location (derived from IP).
- Session identifiers, login timestamps, access logs, and pages/features used.
- Performance and diagnostic logs to maintain stability and prevent abuse/fraud.
- Cookies & similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in and maintain session security.
- Remember settings and improve user experience.
- Detect suspicious activity and protect the Platform.
- Measure and improve platform performance (analytics may be used where applicable).
You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may break login/session features and parts of the Platform may not function properly.
- Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, banks, or app stores. We generally do not store full card details on our servers. Payment providers may share limited information with us such as: transaction reference, payment status, payer email/phone (if shared by provider), and the purchased plan.
- Anti-piracy watermarking & security controls
To protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution, our video streams may include unique watermarking and our systems may log security-related events (device/session checks, suspicious activity flags, access attempts). This helps us detect misuse and enforce our Terms.
- How We Use the Information Collected
We may use Personal Information and related data for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the Platform — enable sign-up/login, grant access to purchased content, deliver member features (e.g., job feed access), and provide customer support.
- To maintain security and prevent misuse — detect fraud, credential sharing, piracy attempts, bots/scrapers, or violations of Terms; enforce device/session policies; protect users and the Platform.
- To communicate with you — send access confirmations, important service notices, policy updates, and respond to inquiries. We may also send course/service updates relevant to your membership. You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications by emailing us.
- To improve our services — analyze platform usage trends, fix bugs, enhance learning experience, improve content quality, and refine features (often using aggregated or anonymized insights).
- To comply with legal obligations — maintain records required for compliance, respond to lawful requests, and enforce contractual rights.
Legal basis (where applicable, e.g., GDPR): Depending on your location, we process information based on (i) performance of a contract (providing the service you requested), (ii) consent (where required), (iii) compliance with legal obligations, and/or (iv) legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), balanced against your rights.
- How We Share Information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics (if used), payment processing, customer support tooling, and platform operations. These providers are permitted to process data only to provide services to us.
- Legal & compliance — when required by law, court order, governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, and security; investigate fraud; and enforce our Terms.
- Business transfers — if we undergo a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to continued protection.
Employer/Colleague sharing: We do not share your membership details, learning progress, or access logs with your employer or colleagues without your explicit consent, except where legally required.
- Your Choices
You may:
- Update your information — you may update certain profile details in the Platform (where supported) or request changes via email.
- Opt out of non-essential emails — you may request to stop receiving promotional/marketing messages (service/security emails may still be sent).

Some information (such as transaction records and security logs) may be retained longer where required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention. Public forum content (if any) may remain visible unless removed; where feasible, we may anonymize it upon request.
- Security of Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for ensuring your email account security.
